No. 4 Michigan has beat the doors off of its competition in its opening three games, all in the midst of a “biblical” quarterback battle. The Wolverines have outscored their opponents 166-17 in their opening three games, hanging 50-spots in each matchup. With coach Jim Harbaugh at the helm and a host of talented players across the roster, including star tailback Blake Corum and All-Big Ten honorable mention DJ Turner, Big Blue seems primed to compete for a return to the College Football Playoffs.
Maryland, meanwhile, has seemingly gotten past the throes of Mike Locksley’s first couple of seasons. Now, the Terps look like a solid side, granted, they have yet to claim a victory over one of the conference’s true heavyweights. Perhaps Saturday can be the day when that changes.
