USC now finds itself one win away from the Pac-12 Championship Game at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. It will close its season against Notre Dame in a non-conference matchup next weekend.

USC, now 9-1, finds itself ranked seventh in the country, the third team out behind Tennessee and LSU. UCLA dropped down to No. 16 after its loss to the Wildcats.

For USC, Caleb Williams still has a far outside shot at winning the Heisman, and it will fall on UCLA to slow him down. Lincoln Riley and Williams have been a match made in heaven to this point in the year, and they’re being pit against an average overall defense. That will undoubtedly be a matchup they try to exploit.

For UCLA, Michigan transfer Zach Charbonnet has posted his second straight 1,000-plus yard season, as he looks to help the Bruins control the ball against the Trojans.
