Foster took a hard hit from Colts linebacker D’Qwell Jackson with four minutes left in the second quarter as Houston was driving into the red zone for a field goal down 13-0. Foster came out for one play but sprinted back into the game before he could get a full evaluation for a potential concussion.

After the possession was over, the Texans examined Foster and had him go to the locker room, much to his ire.
Foster, just returning from a groin injury, was probably frustrated about his team trailing 13-3 and wanted to make a difference on the field. But that doesn’t mean Foster should be messing around with a head injury.
The NFL is trying to crack down on concussion effects, but it doesn’t help when neither a player nor a team helps.
