Several women have come forward anonymously, claiming that the RJ was asking them for n*des.
The allegations surfaced online just before Christmas on Twitter and Facebook and were aimed towards The Rizzuto Show’s now-former host Tony Patrico. Profiles under the names of Robert Reynolds and HellNoPatrico on Facebook seemingly suggested that RJ was being inappropriate towards women.
Both the aforementioned accounts used profile pictures with a caricature of Patrico with a red line over it. The text in the picture also read:
Several screenshots of text message exchanges between the women and Patrico dating from 2017 to 2022 were present in the social media posts.
What did Tony Patrico do?
In most of the messages sent by Patrico, he jokingly asked the alleged victims for ndes. The messages also consisted of other sxually suggestive comments.
In many messages, the women declined the offer and attempted to divert the topic. It was then that the RJ would proceed to say that he was joking.
In one tweet, a woman claimed that the RJ asked for n*de pictures and to meet privately. He also reportedly asked the woman to participate in “u**ne play.” Speaking about Patrico, the alleged victim claimed:
Another woman accused the radio jockey of sharing text exchanges, too, in one of which he reportedly said:
After receiving criticism for his actions, Patrico reportedly told the women that he underwent “therapy for his behavior.” However, he still allegedly proceeded to ask the women for nudes.
